Villa Monarca - Tuscany - is a holiday home that is offered as an exclusive offer to its guests.

The entire villa and its spaces are available for packages of 3 days or a week; the property is therefore not rented room by room but in its integrity.

The 8 bedrooms

Villa Monarca has 8 bedrooms each with private bathroom and safety deposit box, for a total of 16 sleeping accomodations.

Each room can be adapted as a double or two bed room.

Particularly interesting are the room on the ground floor overlooking the pool suitable for disabled people, and the charming room in the tower.

Villa Monarca is a "leopoldina", a typical house of the Val di Chiana, which has a little tower in its structure.

Cleaning of the Villa

Villa Monarca is consigned in the best hygienic and cleaning conditions at each check-in and, upon its guests’ request by paying a separate fee, a linen change service (sheets and towels) can be offered on Wednesdays.

The swimming pool

The swimming pool has a special water purification system that uses salt instead of chlorine, ensuring an extremely pleasant experience while you can enjoy the whole valley below with your eyes...

The pool area and its services, such as bathing and the use of deckchairs and sunbeds, are available from May, 1st to October, 15th.

In the big garden there are many spaces for entartainment and contemplation : the swimming pool, the bowling green, the children playground and many relax areas.
